Order Processing

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Fulfillment Partners

Some Men of Nature products may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Because of this, items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, products ordered, package weight, and available shipping method.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Men of Nature is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is primarily the responsibility of that carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, lost, or delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then contact our customer support team so we can assist where possible.

Men of Nature is not responsible for package theft after confirmed delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide next steps.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.

Men of Nature is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges assessed by local authorities.

Shipping Restrictions
